In the manufacturing process of creams, ointments, and emulsions, the stability of the emulsion and the appearance of the product are crucial. The unit integrates three unique stirring methods: homogenizer, center blade stirring and scraping wall stirring. Scraping wall stirring ensures that the material is evenly distributed in the container and prevents the material from accumulating on the container wall, thereby improving the mixing efficiency and product quality.
